Etc/Comments: Meh it happens. He caught me while I was trying to pass someone, so yeah I'd be going faster than the flow. Otherwise it wouldn't be called a "pass". I do try to keep things in check most of the time. To give you an example this is my first ticket in close to 10 years. But the cop was a young boy scout and wouldn't let me slide. Whatever.
