This is the first image I can remember seeing of an LX.
Sorry I do not know how to properly post images.

Vehicle posted is an LX CVT.
Posted 0-60mph, 7.9sec. If that's correct, that should be pretty close to what I expected the manual to do!!!!!
Could it be that the dealer has mistakenly posted specs such as Fuel efficiency and tech specs for a M/T instead of this incoming CVT. That's what I think!!

But that 7.9 second 0-60 time is a new spec that I had not seen anywhere else. Indeed it would appear to be the spec for the 6MT and not the CVT.
It is the correct VIN for it to be an LX CVT

Looks like it retains the spoiler too... which is nice. I always thought that made the GE and GD sport models look more "finished." But those look like upgrade wheels, too... edit: never mind, looking at it on tiny cell phone. Definitely not EX wheels.

Upgraded wheels - not!
If you look at the center, its molded. (wheelbolts?) Trust me, I'm good at noticing wheel covers from far away!!!!

As I said, I'm pretty good, having lived with steel rims since '08. The steel rims on those 15" are slotted to reduce unsprung weight - therefore a contributor in achieving higher mpg. Trust me on this one, I am 101% sure!!!
As for clad wheels, the added weight of steel/chrome/plastic on steel rim is heavier and costlier than just doing a plain snap-on plastic cover. Therefore not in line with Honda's mpg rating/profit goals.

Took another look at the LX photo. The color is the same as my 13 Base. I sure like the front end of that car - looks like a Sport, more or less, plus has a rear spoiler. This would be a nice looking car in my driveway. As long as it has a 6 speed, that is.

And the nastiness of their appearance only serves to encourage people to step up to the EX as well. It's all part of the game.
