Wiper Size?

Amazon has them for the 2015. I bought the ANCO Contour blade and find it quieter than the original equipment blade.

FYI: OEM wiper inserts
I know the OP was asking for blade lengths. Since that's been answered here's a link with the OEM part numbers for wiper blade inserts/refills. Pretty cheap!
Honda Front Windshield Wiper Inserts Fit - Bernardi Parts
Front Pair $8.26, Rear $3.95 (link for rear blade on page for front pair and visa versa, you'll see)

I also have a 2009 and the wiper does not look like the 2015.

So are inserts the only option, or are there whole wiper assemblies available for the Fit? I haven't removed the blades, so I'm not sure what the connection to the arm looks like. Would it be compatible with the universal attachments seen on most cars/off the shelf wiper blades?
Or do I need to get those inserts?

You must know that there is the wiper arm (that arcs across the windshield); the wiper blade (the frame that holds the rubber "squeegee" or "insert/refill"); and the wiper insert/refill (this part actually wipes the glass}.
If your blade/frame is in good shape you need only replace the insert. The insert is the part that wears out most frequently, usually separating and dragging loosely across the windshield.
Whew! Good luck!!

Years ago, when I had more time than money, I replaced inserts, but never felt the rubber was being applied to the glass as well as when the blade springs were new. Eventually, I just got to buying a new pair of NAPA blades every Fall when they put them on sale for 30% off. It takes longer to take them out of the package than it does to install them. I always keep the last pair of blades used aboard for emergencies.
edit to add: I've read somewhere the Fit's rear wiper blade connection is almost proprietary and it's hard to find a non-OEM replacement. Don't know how much truth there is to that.

How old is your vehicle? If you have a new FIT there should be no reason to replace the entire blade assembly, although it may be easier as they usually just snap on/off. The blade/frame has some "spring" to it which keeps the rubber insert pressed evenly against the glass.
