Aaarrrggghhh!
Took my Fit in for the Oh Shit handle recall today. Made an appointment, was told all would be ready, and....No parts. Need to come back...again. Second recall with this dealer where an appointment for a safety recall resulted in yet a second trip because the parts that I was assured were there.....weren't. Getting to be like Chevy dealers.

I'd talk to the owner of the dealership and tell him to get his act together. They are wasting your time, all because of their ineptitude. Are their online reviews of your dealership? I'd leave feedback there as well.

The owner doesn't care, but I sure am going to leave negative reviews. 8 Hondas from that dealer for my family. There will not be a ninth. They have new sales staff, if you want to call them that, and it has gone in the toilet in the past couple of years. Service is getting just as bad. As long as you pay cash, service is OK, but warranty work or recalls...Jeeze!
