jacking up rear of car with tow hitch installed
Could those with tow hitches installed (Curt/Hidden Hitch/etc) please point me in the right direction: what jack points do you use to raise the rear of your GK? Is there way to avoid doing one side at a time?
With the car's built-in tow hook covered up, the preferred jack point is lost... I think... I'm hoping for a single jack point for the rear.

Was afraid of that, but thank you. I do have another question if one lifts the car from in front of the rear tires: where do you put the jack stand if that jack point is used up by the floor jack?
The only other way I could figure out is to use the front jack point (i.e. behind the front tire) with the floor jack and lift the car high enough to get the jack stand under the rear jack point (i.e. in front of the rear tire).

Just to make you guys with the newer Fits jealous,
I can jack our GD Fit with both F&R tires off the ground from the front jacking point (the one behind the FRONT wheels).
But to get only both rears off the ground, I DO use two jacks on the points ahead of the rear wheels. It's a heckuva lot more stable that way, anyhoo.
