I bought my Fit in April 2015 and find it be be a very good value. Overall I enjoy driving the car, find it very practical and economical. It hasn't been without its issues: transmission replacement; rest shock replacement, brake rotors turned, door part recall. But all has been done at Honda's expense by a very professional and courteous local dealer staff. And now all seems to be well.
At my last service (oil change notice at approx: 28k miles) I was informed my air filters needed to be replaced. I decided to do it myself. The cabin filter change was simple and took less than 5 minutes. The engine filter would have been just as quick but I forced one of the four tabs. I snapped off and fell somewhere in the engine well. I couldn't find it.
So the question: is it possible to buy just the plastic closure tab? If so does anyone know the part number? Or does anyone here by chance have one of these for sale?
