Injectors are the only thing left for them to try according to the TSB. Hopefully that fixes it. As this is an issue that occurred and was documented through the dealer before my warranty was up and is yet to be resolved, I will not be paying a dime to have it fixed. Hopefully the injectors finally fix the issue.

Wow ! Good find ! Thank you so much ! I'll definitely bee keeping this bulletin in my archives, the last note could be useful if ever the problem comes back (NOTE: In some rare cases the vehicle may return, at which point check and adjust the valves. )

Where did you find the bulletin ?!

I had the same thing happen to me this past month. Replaced injectors and now everything is fine.

Update:

Got the car back with new injectors, replaced under warranty. The car runs PERFECTLY now. No more creaking noise, but most importantly NO MORE HESITATION !!! I tried low RPM, hig RPM, low load, high load... The car accelerates perfectly smooth.

If you're getting misfires, put some pressure to get the injector service bulletin done on your car !!

Sorry its been awhile since the last update. Had the dealer replace the injector under warranty and haven't had any issues since.

I had the same issue. Replaced all the coils and the lights still came on. At about the same time I had a loss of heat from the heater and discovered my coolant was low. This was all at 36500 on the odometer with no problems up until this point. The dealer ran a diagnostic and discovered the the top of my engine block had not been machined properly (if at all) and that the top of the block had a scratch or crack the was causing the coolant leak and the coil/misfire (and in turn all the warning lights to go on). Honda replaced the short block under warranty.

I relate this because your symptoms seemed to be similar to mine.
