Seeking advice on used 2015 EX CVT
Hi All,
I'm considering a used 2015 Fit EX CVT from a dealer.
The price is $13,986
The mileage is 46,117
They say one owner and perfect, like-new condition. I like the color, the trim level and am willing to go with CVT for better gas mileage.
The main thing that gives me pause is the 46K miles, which seems high for a 2015.
What do you folks think? Is this a good deal?
Anything I should be aware of and looking out for when I go for a test drive?
Many thanks for your help!

Keep in mind, having that many miles will mean mostly highway travel, which is way easier on the car. My 2016 that I bought in July, 2016 already has 18,000km and should hit 35,000km at 1 year old (about 22,000 miles per year). And it sees 95% highway, took 17,000km before the oil change interval hit 15%. As for what to look for, the usual, engine running rough, transmission not smooth, body, interior, etc. I would not worry too much about that mileage as long as the car is in good shape and the price is right for your area. I plan to take my FIT to 500,000km, which is where I usually take my Toyota's (better last that long or never a Honda again, lol).

It's high miles, but I remember a user by the name of harryhoudini or something like that with even higher miles. I think he hit a 100k in a little over a year as he used his as a delivery vehicle. I think as long as the maintenance was done routinely it should be fine. Do they have service records? Has the CVT fluid been changed? What's the tread depth of the tires? I'm assuming they've been replaced at least once already. All recalls completed? The 2015 had the most recalls, I myself had to get the CVT and rusty door handles done on mine.
My commute is about 85 miles a day, so that would put me about 20k a year just going to work. I recently went out of warranty and have had the car less than 2 years. With the mostly highway miles I'm doing, I'm getting about 10K for OCI. Last I checked I was about 4/32 for tires so I'm nearing replacement.
