Question Front jackpoint on the 2015 Fit?

Does anybody know if there's a central jackpoint in the front of the Fit?

Is this it?

In general the front crossmember is an acceptable jack point. That looks like as good a place as any.

In order to get your rolling jack's lift pad under this cross member, you'd have to first remove the plastic resin shrouding. In order to remove the plastic resin shrouding, you have to first jack up the car. Am I the only one that sees a conundrum here?

The shrouding doesn't go that far out. The crossmember should be exposed

Same issue with older Fits. (Lack of convenient center lift points either front OR rear)

On our '07, the rocker panel jack point just aft of the front wheels will lift both F&R wheels if your jack goes high enough... then you can position safety stands under the crossmember while working.

For routine maintenance (fluid changes), a set of ramps does the trick.

Hmm, well, maybe the crossmember is not covered by shrouding, but I can't see it! Unless I put my head under the car. Or unless I remove the shrouding. Neither of which I can't do unless I jack it up. So there is still a conundrum, just a different one.

That bent steel rod that is about 10 mm in dia and welded at each end to, if I recall correctly, near to the bottom of the thing where the spare tire goes - doesn't official service literature list this as the rear jack point for a rolling jack? My Toyota Matrix had one, and its owner's manual named it as the jack point. On the Matrix there was also one at the front of the car - going from left to right - listed in the owner's manual as having the same purpose.
