Are you saying that 213F is too high for comfort( I have seen it at 220F)? I have been wondering. Depending on the evening commute temps I may pull out the upper grill pieces. I may be able to borrow the labs IR temp gun but I am not sure if they will let me hold it over night to see what temps the block is putting out.
I definitely don't want this thing to over heat.
