Springs or Progress bar?
If you had to choose between a set of springs and a rear anti-roll bar what would be your choice and why?

Keeping in mind the Fit is stock other than a tire and rim upgrade and winters up here in Canada can be brutal. Tire clearance and ground clearance can be issues along with beat up roads.
