Keep in mind I cant issue refunds on painted grills. In order for the grill to fit properly with out any problems follow the instructions given in the box IF you dont have them then PM me for them

 

Hey Jason, will this more flush then the actually J grills?

 

Id make it as flush as possible. Id have a test fitter of coarse fit it before any are shipped out and if anything Id purchase the front bumper to test fit each one. How many other companies would do that? HMMM?! lol

My interest is pending what exactly would be visible behind an open-face grill like that. I'm gonna take a look at mine tomorrow to see if it'd suit me . . .

Have you considered black grill mesh in the new opening? Both for aesthetics & peace of mind from road debris.

I would deffinatley be installing mesh grill behind as a courtesy to give the grill a complete look. Painted grills or CF will come with the mesh installed, unpainted will come with the mesh uninstalled.
