Offset: 55
Center Bore: 56.1
Bolt pattern: 4x100
On a pre-2009, the mags are 16x6.5, but I'm unable to confirm this on the 2009. I have a 2009 DX, so I have no way of confirming the width on the 16", but the above is valid for your mags.
