Thanks
I do like both new and old model
so it really depends on the price

I am actually more interested in the blue or orange fit
but yours look really awesome too! especially with the mod
but then I am just a newbie who has not even learned manual yet....so I think your fit might fit someone else better ^^;

Check PM - I've already given u the know how.

Orange and Blue... they are nice... but if you dun plan to keep the car for too long, they have lower resale value compare to silver, whites, or blacks. Just my 2c

thanks, I have talked to rick@honda and asked about many questions on the payment
I think it's likely to work out for me

but first I need to get over with my exam............haha

and at the same time, I think I am having trouble deciding what body color should I get. At first, I thought I wanted a blue or an orange.....but maybe I should also consider a white? ~>_<~

Of cos WHITE la~~~ and are you still getting Sports model? It seems to me that theres SOOOO MUCH MORE THINGS TO PLAY AROUND on a LX Model... The LX is the closest thing to a JDM model imo...

My Buddy got the White LX with some nice options on it already... you should have a look

Check PM

kaka..hopefully your dealer has told you about the $1000.00 PST that will be taken off at source??
The Honda Fit(when bought new) is one of the qualifying vehicles for this B.C. tax rebate due to fuel efficiency!

ps:..and ask them to throw something in...floor mats don't come with the Fit so those would be nice....or rear splash guards..I was able to get the guards "thrown in" at Nanaimo Honda.
Watch closely when you're in the business office..the sales form where I got my Fit had a silly add-on of 289.00 "anti-theft registration" already listed! They will place a sticker on your window saying the parts are registered in hopes it will deter a thief.
You DON'T need this, just get good insurance coverage.

You'll have enough coverage for theft with your insurance, and even more so if you get Roadstar Plus. I've just been through a vehicle theft and learned a lot...having Roadstar Plus meant the 300.00 comprehensive deductible got waived and I had the use of a rental vehicle for almost 3 weeks.

If you get your vehicle insurance through the dealership, they might try and sell you a separate 'replacement' insurance for 1000.00!! It covers full vehicle replacement for 5 years. Don't buy into it.
You would be better off to get the replacement insurance with ICBC which will cost 96.00 extra this year. With replacement comprehensive being another extra 20.00...=116.00 for replacement cost which you will probably want if you have bank payments. Once you drive off the lot the vehicle automatically depreciates to the tune of 5000.00 or MORE.(so I "hear")
Meaning the insurer doesnt care about what you owe the bank.

Are you stressed yet?

If you have good standing credit, go to any bank and ask for either a loan or even a Line of credit. Prime rate as of now is 2.25%, so any credit facility should be around P+2 to P+3. so either way, you will be getting lower than 5.9.

Most banks dun do small loans, so if u were to get a loan, may as well tell them that you plan to consolidate all ur "debt" just so that u are borrowing more from them. Thats my experience when I was working as an Account manager back then.

Just remember that you do NOT need anything from the finacial manager recommends, ANYTHING. You DO NOT need undercoating cos it scheaper to ACTUALLY do sound proofing - which you dun really need yet cos the MT GE8 is pretty quiet.

You dun need tinting at the dealership when you can do it for 180 cash (Dealer charge 550). You do not need EXTENDED warranty, specially when u are leasing the car. Just say NO to whatever the financial manager tells you to buy, get the key, then meet up with us. We will be able to help you with most, if not all, Fit related problems =D. We are call the fitfreaks for a reason *ahem*

When are you picking up your car? Fit Meet Anyone?
