$18,835.75 OTD
I didn't haggle them much on the MSRP of the Fit, since I got them to give me $1k for my salvaged 2002 Neon SXT (80k miles) and $3k for my wife's old 2002 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport (115k miles). So take four grand off the OTD and I really paid $14,835.75.
I looked at and drove a Yaris, Versa, Rio5, Soul, Focus and Aveo before going with the Fit, and I gotta say, Carbone Honda pissed me off much, much less than any other dealer. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted for the Fit and the trade-ins, and I only had to tell them to pound sand twice before they agreed to my price.

In contrast, I walked out of the Kia dealer three times (all the way out, like, I got in my shit and went home) when trying to haggle over a 2009 Soul Sport - and the third time I didn't go back.
