7 shots of navy rum
2 cups ice
1 cup pineapple fresh, cut, then frozen before use
1 cup pineapple juice fresh
2 cup coconut cream
blender full of awesome for 2-3 people, more if they are lightweights because this shit will kick your ass! for me, 7 shots is perfect because it still stays frozen enough with the perfect edge.
