There are 2 black plastic things come with the spoiler, you can actually use it as a template.
The plastic thing has double sided tapes on one side, while another side does not have any. So you can use some cheap double sided tapes to stick this 2 plastic things onto the spoiler and match with the holes, then use double sided tapes to stick onto another side of the 2 plastic things and now you can move the spoiler to the correct position and press on the 2 holes location and then take away the spoiler, now the 2 plastic things should sticked onto the car body, then you can see the correct location of the holes and you can start drilling.
after drilling new holes, you can take away the 2 plastic things (I am not using it on my Jazz) and remember to apply some glass glue to seal the old holes, then apply a little bit glass glue on the Spoon spoiler, then install it with the 2 new screws provided and the glass glue will hold the spoiler more firm on the car body
If you want to change back to stock spoiler in the future, just simply use a "fishing line" slide between the gap of the spoiler and the car body to cut the glass glue, then you can take away the Spoon spoiler and simply removed the glass glue for sealing the old holes with a small screw driver, then you can install the stock spoiler back.
Wish this tips can help you a bit
