Where did it crack? Was the bracket loose? Mine cracked after a year and until then I was satisfied. K&N makes great filters BTW. But, the Fitment of their short intake.... well..... they could have made the filter a bit different and not quite as wide... hint, hint... I just wish that h-fit had made their intake kit out of aluminium or some stronger plastic. The SSI is real easy to install.

I have sent back the K&N intake and the company said they would credit me. Gone back to the OEM and tried another but is the gain really worth it or do we all just like the added sound??
I am saving up for a supercharger though.
