Please do not follow the advice above. Xenon bulbs in a reflector housing are the worst thing you can do. You will have massive amounts of glare that will blind oncoming traffic and cars in front of you. You will have an extremely narrow beam patterm that will risk your safety. Not to mention you are more likely to get pulled over and ARE illegal. The higher number the xenon bulbs are, the less light they put out. Stick with halogen bulbs (such as the osrams or sylvanias) for a reflector housing headlight. Leave HID's for projectors.

If you want 180 degrees of pure white output with no glare, its going to cost you.
