The Skunk2 Coil Overs arrived today, but are missing the following parts:

FRONTS:
-the (4) M12-1.25 Lock nuts (Item #11)
-the (2) Teflon spring pads (Item #7)

REARS:
-the (4) polyurethane bushings (Item #6)
-the (2) adjustment knobs (Item #9)
-(2) steel washers (Item # 5)
-the (2) M10-1.25 nylon lock nuts (Item #8)
-(1) Teflon spring pad (Item #13)

Item #'s refer to the original packing list

I have carefully unpacked the entire contents and checked everything three times.
Needless to say this is extremely disappointing!

Let me know how you intend to rectify this.
