Hi everyone, new to fitfreaks here, I just purchased my white 2007 Fit Sport. It looks like at 30k miles, the tops of the struts are showing the dirt ring of leakage lol...so I am thinking about replacing them. Initially I wanted to get new shocks plus eibach pro kit springs..but after noticing that the car's plastic reaches as low as my S2000...which barely gets by getting up my driveway without scraping, I am thinking otherwise, and just replacing the shocks themselves. Anyone else have thoughts on that? Lowering for me=bad idea? Maybe a stiffer spring that keeps the ride height? I am thinking about these Tokico shocks for OEM replacement..any one use them, or know if they fit well?

Tokico Gas Shocks HP Series 2006-2008 Honda Fit - (F+R) - P/N: HB2261/2262/HE2991

Thanks!

edit : going to check the approach angle, and see if the 1.6" drop from the eibach pro kit really will cause a scrape the Fit's front Lip or not...
