i just installed Eibach sportlines and after about 3days, i noticed that my front driver side is lower then my passenger. I was wondering if this is normal for brand new springs? My guess is that since i drive by myself the majority of the time, the front driver side has broken in quicker than my passenger?

This is probly normal but its been bothering me.....

 

Are you just eye'ing it? Not saying you are wrong but break out a measuring tape and measure from the ground to the most bottom part of the fender and see what you get on all sides. Also check your bushings tire pressure ect anything that can wear over time.

 

im fingering the gap lol but seriously, its really noticeable and a simple thing like tire pressure and bushings wouldnt make a significant difference as in what im seeing

 

hmmm, shot in the dark,coil sitting correctly on the shock? If you cant find anything causing it your only choice would be to take it off and measure them.

 

it could also just be the ground your parked on when you're measuring the height. use a ruler or stick so you can gauge the absolute height (not just fingering the gaps lol) and try it parked in a few different places since that does make a big difference.

 

so i got around to measuring with a tape measure, my entire driver side is a 1/2 inch lower than my passenger side. I measured from the top of the fender down to the floor using the hub as the center point. My guess is that the springs only had about 50miles on them and all of which was only me on the driver side. So ill give these springs 2 weeks before i say anything.

Also, ill b upgrading to t1r dampers hopefully in a month an a half

 

springs can take 500miles+ to break in. keep driving it and see where it takes you.

on my car the rears were not level from the factory. i mean it was off by like almost 1/2". it's from the pre-load of the rear torsion beam. can't do much about it.

i compensated this by using coilovers. not the best way but was the only way unless i re-did the entire rear.
