i got the NF210 1.5 drop, the ride feels smoother, but the handling is amazing, its like 100x better than stock!!! i take a curve at about 100 -110km easy, the fit doesnt shake its like its on rails. and i weave throught highways easily the car seems so nimble and i think it helps having a 15inch 205/50 rims and Kumho ecsta sport tyres. So hell yeah!! the springs is a great buy, and my ride looks so much better with it lowered. i wish i can post pics but i dont know how.... TANABE ROCKs!!!!!!!!

In my correspondance with Tanabe they told me that they do not make the NF210 for the Fit.

From their website GF= Grip Feeling 20%-30% stiffer than stock, subtle drop. DF= Dress-up Feeling 10%-15% stiffer, max drop. NF= Normal Feeling 5% stiffer, tasteful drop.

Yes this is from tanabe usa. It seems that 1.5 inch drop would be quite a bit for our cars. That is about what I guessed from the pics they put up in this forum of the DF.

Are springs something that I would be able to install myself or would I have to take them to a shop?

Depending on your mechanical ability. I have done it a few times on my VW's. Just remember to get a spring compressor for the fronts, you can usually borrow them from autoparts stores. There is a guy that posts in the Canada forum about doing it, you may ask him about any tricks to it.
But in short, with the proper tools and a little care you should be able to do it.

Any pics with this spring mod? I'm in the market for lowering springs.

How do these compare to the Spoon springs?
