Preparation is key. If the surface was slightly dirty it will affect how well the product sticks.
I don't think it's fair to slander them like that. Did you try to contact them about the issue? Did you make sure to use alcohol to completely clean the surface?

of course the prep is the key: I installed the Mugen visors (except for the visor-clip problems went w/o probs) at the same time and one of the products (the passenger sice) WILL NOT STICK!! Will have to go to Ace Hardware and try and find more DOUBLE SIDED TAPE!!!!!
Maybe that is why the product from ZETAPRODUCTS were on sale!
