It comes with bolt and washers and a nut, you have to stick your hand in the well and up by the shockmount and feel around untill you can put the nut on then once they are all on, you tighten them down.. the ones closest to the engine are really tricky to get in and I finally gave up one the second one and rigged something up but it holds very good
