Dyno 1 - Bone stock
Dyno 12 - T1R Intake + T1R Crank pulley +T1R 50S Cat-back exhaust
Dyno 19 - T1R Intake + T1R Crank pulley +T1R 50S Cat-back exhaust + T1R HEADER !!!!

Here the gains from DYNO 19 vs DYNO 12 :
3000rpm+1whp / +1 lbs
3500rpm+2whp / +2.5 lbs
4000rpm+4whp / +4.6 lbs
4500rpm+3.8whp / +3.8 lbs
5000rpm+2.6whp / +2.2 lbs
5500rpm+2.8whp / +3 lbs
6000rpm+1.07whp / +1.2 lbs
6500rpm+ 0whp / + 0 lbs

Here's DYNO 1 vs DYNO 19 :

3000rpm+3.5whp / +4.2 lbs
3500rpm +6.8whp / +8.2 lbs
4000rpm +8.3whp / +8.7 lbs
4500rpm+8.8whp / +8.5 lbs
5000rpm+10.1whp / +10 lbs
5500rpm +12.9whp / +8 lbs
6000rpm+13.9whp / +11.8 lbs
6500rpm+ 14.6whp / + 11.3 lbs

The 38mm piping on the header did biger difference. When we dynoed the 32mm header, the result was same as stock and we only gained a little bit of torque. After we installed the 38mm, we noticed a difference on the dyno right away.

Thanks

The header will be released on July 1st.

Why the AT has less WHP from Stock. 74WHP when the Manual has 90WHP Stock?

74WHP stock + 10WHP with exhaust and Intake.
I know that the AT is more slow while increasing (for his transmission),but this cannot limit his power or maybe?

AT uses a torque converter to transfer the power from the engine to the transmission. The torque converter uses rotating mass to lock it up which is a fluid, and that extra 10-12% power loss is the torque converter.

MT uses a clutch which locks it up, and it doesn't use power or have a loss of power when transfering the power to the flywheel.

Check out websites of how it works and you'll have a better understanding.

i never hear about this. but thanks.

Anyway, why the road and track, car and driver, motor trend and the manufacturer always say that the car manual has the same HP as the A/T????

and in the 0-60mph its almost the same time. its .x less for the A/T.
im gonna dyno my car for see this.

too bad for the bad transmission of the honda. (many car automatic has a very good technology in this conversion..like the corvete,mustang..etc)

my ´comming soon´ never gonna be. now.. i wanna the DSG transmision...the bestttttt.ajajja.

they do have the same horsepower,at the flywheel.the numbers you posted in your earlier post are whp.and like you said the 0-60 and 1/4 miles times are slower for the at tranny.that right there should tell you that the tranny does make a big difference

cars like the corvete, mustang and other big block v8's usually have very long gears with the MT, and short for the AT or they change out the diff to a different gear ratio. Hence why people change the diff from mt to at and vis versa. Plus when you have extra HP to spare it doesn't matter as much.

now there are different types of torque converters and you can have them modified. We can lose less HP to the wheels if we decided we wanted to get our torque converter modded, but our tranny would be a little more jumpy if we did. It can be done, but 1. it's all about the money, and 2. how many people would jump up and say i'll drop $1k+ to get my torque converter modded in my Eco-friendly car that is suppose to be my DD??

You can find torque converters for GS300/430, and Supra TT's but the torque converters run around $800-1200 without installation.

Thinking about using Thermotec tape on my T1R header, because Fit's underhood temps are so high... Thoughts?

You can use those heat wrap on the header to reduce heat and that will definitely make a bit of difference. When the car is in speed, the engine bay is actually not that hot but if it sits, it will be soaking
