Exclamation Wait and See mode.

I'm just waiting patiently for all the forced induction options to be released for sale.

I seriously want to launch it sooner but there are little issues here and there so we will do the best we can to speed up the process.

Yes, you should DEFINITELY use a tranny cooler with this setup. AJ-R should toss it in the package to help save some trouble. Slight price increase on the kit of course. The only Honda approved ATF that is compatible with Honda Z1 fluid is Amsoil synthetic ATF. I STRONGLY recommend this fluid, even over the trans cooler. Holds very well against heat and does not break down as easy as Z1. Also, does your tranny good!

When i had Z1 fluid + cooler on my auto trans, after a hard track run, the trans would slip on every shift. After a full flush and using Amsoil, the tranny never slipped again after hard runs. Meaning it dealt with the heat very well.

There is a huge difference between supercharging and turboing an automatic. Supercharging is not as stressful due to minimal increase in torque and gradual linear power, but turbo introduces lots of heat and lots of instant torque on the stock convertor.

Newbie

Hey im only fifteen so im kinda on the lost side when i hear you guys using all these "terms." and talking about coolers and stuff because im not exactly sure what they all do. in 3 years im hoping to get my Fit, so im just trying to get into the community and stuff now so i know what im talking about in the futyre if you know what i mean. now i was looking at the same T1R turbo kit from aj-racing.com and i was looking at the parts. i didnt know what the parts meant written down so i was looking at the pics and i was wondering. if i were to buy this kit and put it in my Fit. then i wanted to put T1R B-Max Carbon Intake. what is the diffrence between the intake i get from the turbo kit and this carbon intake? and would it be worth it if i bought the turbo kit and the carbon intake? or would i just be waitsing money? can someone plz explain this to me? thx

Don't by the Carbon Intake if you're goign turbo. You'll have to take the intake out. Just ask, AJR13 and AJ Cow

That's their user name. Just go to the AJ Racing Vendor forum and you'll find them.

before even considering boost, you need to know how the system works to better understand what you're doing to ur car.

wikipedia.com and howstuffworks.com, great beginner sites with basic diagrams and easy to understand.

did you try aj-racing.com? even on this this site fitfreak.com you can find sites that will lead you to other buisness sites that offer parts and accesories for fits. just click marketplace up on the top of the website and there should be a list of websites for you having to do with parts for fits and w/e.
