Hi Guys,
It has been taking awhile for us to have the T1R header ready... but FINALLY there are here. The opportunity is now here for you to get the BEST header on the market This is the same header that we have used in the AJR time attack Fit which we came in second place in the Super street time attack (Less than a second slower than the K20 Fit)
Here are the specs on the T1R header :
-Direct replaces your stock header
-bolts directly on to you stock catalytic convertor
-emissions friendly
-38mm pipe size on primaries and joints into 46mm
-made out of SUS304 aircraft stainless with TIG welding process
- T=1.2mm pipe size thickness (pipe thickness) are used to make this header as lightweight as possible.
-Extreme high quality
Availablility : Available NOW !
**Special velocity joint to optimise the maximum exhaust efficiency**
Here's the dyno for the header :
If you guys have any questions, please post here
Thanks
Ben

Hi Ben,
Sorry I don't really understand the graph. What is the blue and red lines? Are there additional parts being used in conjunction with the header to produce those results?
Can you work a deal for the full T1R 50S exhuast & Header combo? PM me when you have the chance. I am still after those SS brake lines as well.
Thanks in advance,
EDIT: Sorry, I have another question. Can you use the stock heat shield or does the header have to be taped or coated?

So what do you suggest for handling the heat from the header. Tape, ceramic coating or custom shield?

You can always get the header ceramic coated or heat wrap. I dont think it is necessary because the L15A doesnt produce that much heat to affect the performance.

It's pretty easy. You will need to jack up the car and unbolt the bottom bracket and the nuts/bolts which held the header then you can slide it out from the top (make sure you take of your engine cover). Then you have to get the T1R header slide in the way ou slide out the stock header. Bolt it back up ..... DONE.... thats it

Hey Ben,
Sorry to keep bothering you with questions
I understand the header uses the stock metal gasket, is there any reccomended prep work that needs to be done to the gasket before you bolt the new header on?
