Thank you for posting this- seems like a great set-up, congratz!

What are the 0-60 and 1/4 mile times, as well as the weight of the Fit?

Did you guys eliminate rubbing with the +35 offset?

if so, is the suspension that stiff?

Pretty hard to get very good result from both type of racing with the SAME suspension & alignment setup(as I remember he mentioned that he's having -3.5degrees neg camber on his Fit! ).

I wonder if they would have another Fit with the same type of turbo kit & transmission setup to do the drag.

I gotta go check out their 4.7 final drive setup sometime soon!

crazy setup. Sounds like a car I would hate to drive, all that front bias AND the toe-in in the rear.

Get those struts done!

i have a question why'd you go with the alex seat sliders over the j's racing ones?

And do you have any pictures of the T1R gauge pods?

Are the alex sliders cheaper or easy to get a hold of? Or do they sit lower or fit larger seats? Or do they weigh less?

They are about the same as J's but ALEX is more easier to get than J's.

if you lower a the fit below 1.5 in the front it is suggested to put in the J's Racing RCA because the front arm will be horizantal with the ground instead of an incline towards the body. The RCA's bring the arm down to allow the proper suspension movement to occur which prevents bump steer.

"Now its time to fix what happened to your suspension when you lowered it. Anytime you change ride height there are geometry changes (basically the angles of your suspension arms). Suspension geometry changes are things you cannot see but affect the cars over all handling characteristics, such as roll center. In a short sentence, the roll center is the pivot point in which the sprung weight of your car will roll, it is set by your suspension geometry and is hard subject to get into with out the help of some physics books. We must remember the laws of physics while working on cars, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Every suspension design (ie. strut, multi-link, wishbone, leaf spring) will absorb forces differently. What happens on the AE86 is that with strut type front, and 4 link type rear, the roll center changes a lot more in the front than rear, so to correct this and balance out the suspension we use an adapter to move the lower control arms down (closer to original position) which moves the front roll center closer to the original ratio between the front and rear roll centers. One other thing that is effected by the lowering in the front of your car is bump steer. Bump steer is the change in toe as the car goes threw suspension travel and the changes get worse the further from original ride height you are. You may notice a change in steering when hitting a bump while cornering, like the wheel will jolt as you hit the bump, this is one of the effects of bump steer and is also helped by using roll center adapters as they move the steering arm closer to original position." from battleversion aka Alex Pfieffer
