The Type S (E-Manage Blue) has been discontinued. Only the previously named Type R (E-Manage Ultimate) is offered now by AJ Racing.

The Type-S kit already has the ability to run higher boost so the Type-R option is justa boost controller + a different map.

We will be hitting up the dyno in April and will have results by then.

Now with the bigger injectors and the more aggressive maps, is there any chance it would be getting starved for fuel from the fuel pump. Do you recommend upgrading the pump or is the stock pump sufficent?

Well you need to run 92 or 94 (i forget which) octane, so there is a bump in gas cost right there.

okay.. got some serious questions cuz i've got the 4g's saved up for some booooostin action but i'm still debating between the KWSC (which is taking foreverrr) and the T1R kit. Let's get some things cleared before i order:

1) Where are the turbo oil inlet tap going to be? Right now i have a sandwich plate for my oil pressure gauges so can i use one of the existing openings? Where is the oil feed outlet, is it going to be a oil pan tap? i don't see any info regarding that.

2) What's going on with the windshield washer bottle? will the new one be included as well?

3) How much is the total + shipping to CA? How about a partial sponsorship? =]

So far, no problems with stock fuel pump. You can replace it but I will say not necessary.

1) Oil feed goes in to the oil pressure switch.

2) New one is included.

3) email to sales@aj-racing.com

Thanks

Is it possible to get the Emanage tuned for 10 pounds with this kit, and then add a 10 psi wastegate spring? That would seem the simplest solution. Just run the 10 psi map at 6 psi, and add a heavier wastegate spring when you feel like murdering your clutch.

After seeing all the things that needed to get modified or were missing from Marcus' kit, I'm not impressed. Really don't like the injector setup at all either.

That's something possibily we can do.

We just got the injector clips made up so the injectors from now on will be plug and play.

I dont think I saw any mention of International Fits/Jazz. What changes have to be made for these kits to fit on those?

We have fitted the Turbo kit with JDM Front end and there are adjustment need for the front intercooler pipe.

Technically NO. It is not 100% plug and play, there are modifications needed for the install such as, trimming the bumper, minor trimming on radiator support and oil pan drilling for oil return.

And what does gas mileage look like after the kit is installed on a regular day to day driving?
