Total noob t1r question

I know this is a totally noob question, and belive me I tried looking for an answer myself. But where are T1R parts made? Is it Japan or Canada or what?

haha...true. I just got my intake and cant find a "made in" anywhere. I guess there office is in canada but still doesn't mean there parts are made elsewhere.

I believe testing and developing is in Japan. Sold and distributing is Canada.
Whats weird is their boxes say MADE IN JAPAN, but the location is BC. IUNO?

i believe T1R is the sister company of type one (spoon's research facility). the parts are tested and developed at aj racing with a few products that are imported from japan and rebadged like the exedy/T1R clutch. spoon does the same thing with their wheels (regamasters) their calipers (nissin) etc. their parts are made with componets from all over the world. not just from japan or canada.

T1R is not related to either Spoon, Type One or J's Racing. It is a A&J Racing brand.

We did all the R&D here and got the parts manufactured partiall from Japan, Canada, USA, Korea...etc.
