This bench sure is fast...

It would be really interesting to see dyno tests of the t1r product vs. similar competition along with short ram, cold air, and of course, stock intakes.

That's bull. I wouldn't expect to ever see more than a 8whp gain from an intake on a 1.5 liter engine. This looks like a well made intake and apparantly this style is very popular from those big jdm companies so it must be working for them.

I'm new to this kind of modding, but how difficult is it to put in an intake like this? Is it possible to swap back to the the stock unit (in the event I have to take it to the dealer)?

Intakes are easy to install, most can be installed in under an hour. And yes you can easily put the stock one back on to go to the dealership for warranty repairs.

Thanks Ben great to hear. Im sure I can deal with a oem exhaust for at least a month and hopefully i can last a month on a oem intake
