So the T1R coil spring bolted up? Later you state none of the JDM brand front coil-over suspension will bolt up without mods? I'm lost.

Looks nice, good to know adding heated mirrors won't be that difficult.

OK, now I'm pissed - this is a REAL disappointment if I can't use Mugen or Showa Sports dampers

Thanks for the headsup Ben.

Is that mean all exhausts made for JDM Fit will bolt right up? And only the JDM Fit coil spring will work but not the shock or coilover?

The bumper will not fit because the shape of the headlamp are different. Plus the JDM hood is 6inches shorter than USDM and I was really surprised about that

Thanks man ! I ordered the steero dash kit from Honda China and I think I will be getting them in a couple weeks so will keep you posted on that.

The springs will go it just fine but the shocks will not fit. The JDM front shock uses 2 17mm bolt but USDM uses 19mm so if you don't mind to make the hole bigger then that will work.

Don't worry I have transmit these info to Spoon and J's so I guess they will make something for our market

What is the difference between the J's 50 RR & RS?
Dougie,

I will

50RR and 50RS, one have resonator while the other one doesn't.

Yes all the exhaust wil bolt up and not coil-over or shocks.

I removed the re-bar (reinforcement bar inside) and replaced with the J's moncoque bar to make it fit. It is not a straight bolt on if you don't change the re-bar.

very nice work there AJ.

Just a question about the rear LED lights.

Can you describe each of the sections? Like where the indicator lights are, brake lights, night lights and also, does it have a place to fit on rear fog light? Or does it need modifying?

I wonder if you were to buy a JDM hood, headlights, front bumper and bumper support it would work together?

For example I know the JDM hood wouldnt work with the US bumper or headlights but if you replaced it all at the same time, would it work?

Surely, Honda wouldnt design a whole new chassis for the US market. right?

The stock light sockets/bulb can be used with the LED tail lights. Basically, you will need to cut one off the peg/support of the socket to fit into the LED housing and extend the harness.
The stock green will plug into the LED's signal lights.
The stock blue plug will be hooked up to the reverse lights.
The stock grey plug (there's 2 of them, the bigger one) will plug into the LED brake lights.

The driver side signal plug harness will need to be extended by around 4 inches.
The passenger side, all 3 plugs will need to be extended by around 4-5 inches.

The parts require for the conversion are LED tail lights, LED light board, LED cover and Bolts.

Tony,

You will need JDM bumper, hood, rebar and headlamp to make this conversion to work. I think you will have to modify the radiator support to work cuz the location of the hood latch on the USDM sits a lot more forward than JDM.

Honda does made the front end entirely different to pass the crash test in North America.

Do you have any problem installing the spoiler??? I read that the rear window's angle is different than N.A. Fit compare with JDM.

Any advise???
