re: T1R reponse headers, racing convertors

I am wonder how much HP i would gain with this set up.

- T1R reponse headers
- T1R racing covertor
- T1R carbon intake
- T1R crank pulley

- Spoon B-pipe
- Spoon N1 axle-back

these are installed to a 2008 USDM GD3, so if anyone can give a estimate HP gain on this set-up, please advise. and consider most of the parts are made by T1R, I decided to put it here in the AJ section, since they probably knows better.
thanks

the l15a does not respond well to basic bolt ons.

full exhaust and intake and manifold will maybe yield you +10-15hp.

A 10-15% increase from I/H/E (with no ECU tuning) is pretty good in my book.

Seriously, the gains are not bad for a small engine.

Yeah! Honda tends to optimise their engines pretty well from the factory... Personately i would do (Intake -> Header -> Axleback -> Lower Plenum Polish -> Pulley -> Tune) in that Order and add maybe a Test pipe for race use...

On a DOHC Neon... (I know... I know...)
-Intake manifold P&P...
-55mm Throttle body...
-Iceman CAI...
-Hytech or Blackdog Header...
-Mopar PCM...
-Unorthodox pulley without Power Steering Belt...

=something like 30+Whp!!

Ok i know i'm speaking about a factory ''Chocked to hell'' D4RE Chrysler engine but it's just to give a point... on that very same L15A engine those mods could net maybe 15Whp? Partly because the Fit engine has 500cc less displacement but also because the engine is more optimised from factory... not to mention the Neon's DOHC head flow pretty well in stock form wich is not the case of the little Honda Engine unfortunately!!

My 2 cents...

Marko!!

The MINI Cooper S engine was actually designed by the same team responsible for the Neon SRT-4. It would seem this team is as competent as they are modest. Though only rated at 163 hp at the crank, our MINI cranks out 166 hp at the wheels.
