T1R Carbon intake issue ! (GD3)

We have been receiving complaints about alignment issue for the T1R Carbon intake for 07-09 Honda Fit (GD3). We have re-inspected the intake system thoughfully and we have found the problem. The silicon hose adaptor which goes in between the throttle body to the carbon intake housing was about 25mm (1 inch) too long so if you are having issues aligning the intake (hitting against the battery), please cut off the silicon hose adaptor by 25mm (1 inch) and that will entirely fix the issue.

The are not issue with all the intake components.

We have pre-modified the all the silicon hose adaptor and any orders through our dealer and distributors from now, there will be no issue. The hose adaptor shown in pic on the LEFT is modified and the one on the right was the one that had issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Ben @ AJR
