Sorry for taking so long to do the 2nd dyno test. Anyways, finally got that done last week and here's the results. My car is MT with 5500km.
This dyno is : STOCK intake vs T1R Carbon Intake Peak : +2.35hp Torque : + 5.09 ft/lbs at 5500rpm +5.3hp at 4500rpm +3.5hp at 3500rpm +2.0hp
This Dyno is : STOCK vs T1R intake + T1R 50S Muffler (Yes Muffler ONLY)
Peak : +7.5hp Torque +3.75 ft/lbs at 5500rpm +5.30hp at 4500rpm +3.50hp at 3500rpm +2.50hp
The b-pipe, header and test pipe didn't come on time so we weren't able to dyno it together. I assume with the b-pipe it will easily make another 2.5-3hp so INTAKE + 50S will make 10hp
Thanks
Ben

because the other dyno used was a older style dyno which has been known to through exaggerated numbers.
The last dyno which has been done on an older dyno. The AT Fit was done in the same day, same dyno and same time and I don't think the results was exaggerated. The stock AT Fit is making on 74.2whp and with the intake and CAT-BACK exhaust it made about 10whp so if you look above the gains (intake & MUFFLER only) are very were close and if we have the b-pipe we will see similar gains for sure.

tricolor, you should not look at peak power alone.. what you are after is a higher gain over all.. you will see that the second (intake + exhaust) you are making better power everywhre, but the "gains" at peak are smaller...
but overall you will like the second better because it's usable power everywhere, not just at 9000000rpm
so the intake is better on teh auto then on teh manual, is that what i'm seeing?
At this point YES but on AT with the exhaust gains were less. MT has better gains with the muffler.

when is the exhaust coming?

Very soon

Ben, do I read these numbers right? It seems that the torque gain is better with the exhaust alone, no intake mod, i.e. 5.09 vs 3.75 .
Would the added aspired air restricted by the exhaust system?
I just noticed for the intake dyno, I was comparing 2 & 3...... , I will get the one with 1&3 so we will have the accurate comparison. The intake actually made more power.

What's up with the headers??? Also i saw pics of the intake on your site. Looks sweet. 1 question though...the intake has a hole drilled for the hose to connect to. What are you securing it with? From the pics it looks like the hose will just go into the hole and could come out.
