The Scottsdale pavilions aka pavs had been going on forever. I have been going since I was in Junior high about 15 years ago. It is every Saturday it ends around 10 pm when the cops start kicking you out. I want to say cars start showing up at 3-4 I usually show up at around 7 ish. There are places to eat in the area and this is all makes and models. Only classics are able to park on the south side of the parking lot and the North side fills up fast. Sometimes you drive around for a bit to find a spot.
