Bernardi is Excellent!

I have ordered two sets of Fit floor mats from Bernardi and had no problems. Shipping was ultra fast and their customer service was excellent. I highly recommend them.

I have a bad experience so far, I ordered 2 black headlights, and one of them came broken. I have not bothered to contact them because I live in Canada and had to go down to the USA to pick them up. The part that came broken was the little plastic part to the right of screw # 16. It is a small little plastic bit that fits into a hole inside the engine bay, it's obviously not essential to run it because it is made pretty flimsy, but it's upsetting that I received it in a broken state.

I can understand you being upset about a part showing up to you broken, but at the same time, you must realize that they can only control so much. Shipping is one of these areas, as all they can do to control the situation is package the product to the best of their ability and use a reputable shipping company.

Since you haven't contacted them about it, you haven't even found out what they're willing to do to help you in this matter. At this point, there should be nobody you're upset with besides the shipping company who sent the product.

I've got to say that while I haven't ordered any Fit parts from them, have to get the Fit first. I have order parts for my 06 Accord and have always received stuff in a timely manner. Once when I screwed up and didn't read that one part I had ordered was no longer available Erik called me and got the right part ordered on the same day.
