it's not really steep, just narrow. there's a concrete pillar and waist high wall separating the incoming and outgoing traffic

That's some weak sauce. However Our fits can take a pretty steep drive way. The ramps at the shop that aligned my car were CRAZY steep and i was grinding my teeth lookin at the angle as my guy was drivin it up...but it didn't scrape even though it was probably a centimeter away from the skirts.

if you're planning on driving your Fit there, I would highly advise you not to. I drove my car there in November for Thanks Giving and it was struggling with the inclining elevation. It was just me, 1 other passenger, and no more then 80lbs of luggage. I spent most of the time in high revs/ 4th gear climbing the those slight elevations.

Note that was before the turbo was installed. I have yet to take the Fit to Vegas boosted.

Just my $0.02

yeah, we took my Fit. no other choice really. it was either my Fit or my GF's WRX - i think i'll pass on $5.00/gallon gas.

there were only three distinct uphill climbs when i really needed to shift down to 4th and turn off the ac. there were three of us in the car and we had a full trunk of luggage. i even had to fold down the rear passenger side seat to fit an extra carry-on. good thing the MT Fit revs high, i made sure i was cruising at 80mph so the mild hills were no problem.

with the ac on the whole time (minus the three steep climbs) and the uphill struggles, i was still able to pull off a 37mpg average

after this trip, i'm sold. i will soon be boosting my Fit! i haven't made any major purchases on my credit card, what better way to pop the financial cherry than gifting my Fit with FI.

just curious, what turbo kit are you running? i've been cross shopping the KWSC and HKS turbo kit because of their daily drive ability, i'd like to hear your input.

boo...

hey guys, i need a suggestion. i've been thinking about painting the exhaust body on my Apexi WS2 to flat black. i'm just not diggin' all the shinyness coming from my Fit's butt-hole. i posted a video in the exhaust sound thread if you're at all curious about how it looks.

i guess i should take some pics first, but i'm at work right now and don't have a camera on hand... when i get home i'll post some pics and probably do a quick photoshop of how it might look in flat black.
