It would be interesting to see the reason why people get pulled over and might learn some things not to do while at it.

Where: Hesperia, Cali (main st.)
Car: 20007 NHBP Fit
Violation: Yellow Nokya Headlights (fix it ticket)
Etc/Comments: Cop was cool but gave me a fix it ticket on the headlights
Update: Haven't gone to court yet but plan on correcting it and then puttem back on lol.

Violation: Yellow Luminics Headlights (fix it ticket)
Etc/Comments: cop said i looked suspicious and said something about my tinted front windows, but it was raining and he was wet so just gave me a warning.

When: The very next night
Where: Rowland heights
Car: 2007 MR Fit
Violation: Yellow Luminics Headlights (fix it ticket)
Etc/Comments: this time it was the sheriffs. not so lucky this time got a fix-it ticket even thought i had already bought replacement bulbs and had them in my car

Update: no court just have to go to traffic school. 287 ticket!

Etc/Comments: Cop explained that they have new radar guns that can pick up a vehicle's speed from 3000 feet away, proceeded to show off the new radar gun, then let me go without a ticket. Also told me that it's cool to drive 70-75 on the freeway, but keep it under 10mph over.

Etc/Comments: Meh it happens. He caught me while I was trying to pass someone, so yeah I'd be going faster than the flow. Otherwise it wouldn't be called a "pass". I do try to keep things in check most of the time. To give you an example this is my first ticket in close to 10 years. But the cop was a young boy scout and wouldn't let me slide. Whatever.
Update: Traffic school time.

Violation: Running Red/Yello light
Etc/Comments: Careful, that light is rigged with a sensor. Emergency vehicles can trigger it to turn red in emergency.

Update:
Fought it in court, cop didn't show up. Almsot everybody who lived around there knows that it's a speed trap. I never got any ticket afterwards.

Update: i have to take off the tint on the front soon. the cop gave me a warning about me not having a lisence plate on my front bumper

Update:sat in the dmv today for 2 hours just to see the person for 1 minute to pay my registration renewal

Update: got my front windows signed by a cop, so i didnt have to remove it and i just went to the dmv to get my new registration papers

Etc/Comments: I was young and careless, no cars around so i did a drifting u-turn. it was perfect except for the motorcycle police looking at me in horror. mandatory court.

Update:
Called the court and told them i moved back to Chicago and couldn't make the court date. lady on the phone told me to write a letter expressing my situation addressed as Judges Consideration. few weeks later I got a letter telling me i don't need to show up, just pay a $100 fine. no point on my record. woot woot!

Etc/comment: the CHP office told first that I didn't stop at the stop sign, which I see!! and then told me I was going over 10 mph, but I never got tickets!!

When: Oct. 4 2007
Where: San Juan Hills in Newport Beach ( fashions Island)

Etc/Comment: I was going through a DUI check point and went through that fine with some the officer comment how cool the car look!!! Down the block an officer on a Bike pull me over and said to me that my headlight were blue and after looking at closely he ask if the housing is paint blue normal, and then I said yes, after he said have good night.

Where: Main St and Sunflower in Santa Ana
Car: The Fit
Violation: driving through double soil yellow to get to the left turning lane
Etc/Comments: I was only 10 ft. away to the left turning lane, so I decide to cross the double line to go to the turning lane and the office put right behind me and as I made the turn, the light went on and, the first thing office point out to me was my head light, then my tint, my parking pass hanging from the rear mirror, then my engine sounding loud, then finally the crossing the double line, as he was about to write the biggest ticket even, he was radio in and told me there was something bigger going on and told get fix or next time I will eat it.....

Car: 2008 Honda Pilot
Violation: speeding
Etc/ Comments: I was the lucky one to get pull for speeding while everybody was passing me going up hill, So I got ticket for going 85 in 65 zone!!! The ticket came in the mail and cost me $200 plus the Traffic school fee to a grand total of $287.00, but I was able to get cash back with my american express!!! hahaha
