By next wednesday I'd like to get an idea of who exactly is going, and so once that "list" is made up i guess you'll see if you'd like to come.

I think some are coming from the north, east and south of irvine, so technically the best place to meet is some place by campus and the meeting area, like Univeristy Town Center (accross the street from UCI).

The Spectrum would be a good place if a lot of people south of irvine wanted to meet up, wouldnt make sense for those north of irvine to go south and come back up. UCI isn't far from your place anyways, you won't get lost! jk
I think university town center would be best, and i'd stay there to meet up with you guys and roll in together.

UPDATE:
I went to a meeting with the club yesterday and so no change in plans really. it'd be best if i could let them know approx how many will be rolling in and approx what time (earlier thends to be better with a larger group), and also for FOOD. So please, from now till next wednesday post up here if you're going for sure.
On a side note for food, I'm not 100% clear on the timing of the food pickup/delivery, but it's typically around noon. I highly recommend that if you're a person who gets hungry before noon/1pm, eat breakfast and/or bring a snack.
I will coming in later b/c I have to teach in the morning at Newport back Bay....

In terms of if you guys want to meet up somewhere and roll in together, I suggest meeting at the University Center In and Out parking lot. It's right off of Campus, between Stanford and Bridge (you really can't miss it).

I'm up for suggestions of time to meet up...but i would like to see us roll into the show before 10am...earlier would be better (so I am told)
The time I'd like to throw out there would be to meet at in-and-out starting at 9:10, and to roll out to the show at 9:30.
Hopefully that gives people time to wake up, clean up the car, maybe grab some grub, and head on out.

my wife graduated from UCI a couple years ago.
her on-campus apartment was in campus village, so i'm very familiar with this parking lot. i've spent hundreds of dollars in the stupid meter parking.
