It doesn't matter what branch at all. In fact, the tint shop is sorta by the gas station, and there isn't a sentry standing to check who goes into that part at all typically. But if in doubt, roll on over there with your Army friend. Active, reserve, retired, just in case anyone over there wants to see an military ID. When I got my Fit tinted the guy at the counter didn't charge for the front sail windows.

That's the place if you wanna give a call and price them. Definitely shop around though, and don't be afraid to let them know another place can do it for cheaper then them if their first price is higher.

About Progressive...I know how much they've charged for a few tint jobs and I've actually gotten a quote from them for the front windows including the small ones up front and it was somethin ridics. They're also at MCAS Miramar if that's closer to you...i would definitely check them out cuz they do quality work with quality material (Solar Guard) but IMO you could prolly find a better deal.
