Here they come! A much-awaited event “UMAIMONO GOURMET FAIR”.
In addition to the well-known popular shops, selected specialty food from different provinces of Japan will make their first appearance for this event.
First of all, the return of “Chibakiya Ramen” with “Shina Soba”.
The secret of soup “light yet rich” is a blend of chicken, pork bone, and seafood. The thin curly noodle topped with a soft-boiled egg, and other all ingredients are chef-d’oeuvre of his 20 years career. It is definitely authentic and excellent.
6/4(Thu) - 6/7(Sun) Costa Mesa Store
6/11(Thu) - 6/14(Sun) New Jersey Store
Secondly, the much-loved “Miso Butter Corn Ramen” of “Ezo Fukuro” will make its second appearance for this Fair.
The Miso and heating power are the key ingredients in the recipe for the taste.
By stir-frying selected two kinds of Miso, and vegetables and soup at a dash, it brings rich flavor and somewhat nostalgic for Sapporo-style Miso Ramen.
6/4(Thu) - 6/7(Sun) Torrance Store
Next on the list is the “BBQ Beef Tongue Plate, and Beef Tongue Bento Box” of “Tsukasa” from Miyagi, Sendai that won great popularity last year.
The trickling juice of the grilled beef is irresistible! Everyone's appetite will surely be captivated!
6/4(Thu) - 6/7(Sun) Costa Mesa Store
Then from Osaka, “Takoyaki” of “Takoya Kukuru” , is currently the top favorite snack at the Universal Studio Japan City Walk. The airy soft skin, and its pronounced texture of chopped octopus are their pride. Their rich sauce is unmistakable in its flavor!
Don’t miss their “Potato Apple Pie”, “Chaimon Sweet Potato”, "Sweet Potato w/Mango and Peach" as well.
6/4(Thu) - 6/7(Sun) Torrance Store, Costa Mesa Store
6/11(Thu) - 6/14(Sun) San Jose Store, Chicago Store, New Jersey Store
In addition, specialty items from many parts of Japan! Please experience the greatly boasted tastes!
