ey guys please keep a look out for a 2000 Black Civic Si em1 lowered, turbo with gold rims. The license plate reads em1 b16


It is my close friend's si and was jacked last night from foothill/tujunga area.

If you have any information please call the police or (818) 606-6078

P.S. the car sounds very loud almost like a dragster.
