Honda squeaks through Ottawa's green gates

Looks like the 2008 Fit MT will meet the gov't. guidelines for the
$1,000 feebate.
But I have yet to hear of anyone having the rebate in their hands.
Show me the money!

I just took an '08 Sport MT out for a spin yesterday and didnt really notice any difference between it and the '07 MT I drove earlier this year. Acceleration felt the same and even at 96 KPH the RPMs were still at 2900 RPM. I figured they wouldve reduced the RPMs a bit to save on fuel...what did they end up doing to save that extra 0.1L of fuel for every 100km? Still just as fun to drive though!

ImPuLsIvE.ca is an unknown quantity at this point
Apparently the federal government is VERY slow in handing out the rebates. People have been waiting since March and have yet to receive any money.
