How much can you fit in your fit
Just wondering how much you have been able to put in your fit
Today I loaded up a face cord of wood and on another occasion had a fork lift load 4 of those railway ties ( could not close the truck of course )

a cord of wood is impressive but I'd be all annoyed because I'd be picking out teeny tiny pieces of wood splinters out of the carpet for years...
long story short. I got a Larson 36x81 storm door still in the box in to my GD3 Fit.
It's not allot of volume but the fact I could get it in there amazed me and a guy who was getting out of his massive pickup that stated that I would never get it in there...

Fit in the fit - personal best
My personal best is garage storage from Canadian Tire. All flat-packed of course:
• 2 full work benches with 3 drawers and upper cabinets
• 1 6' tall metal cabinet with doors
• 2 hanging wall cabinets with doors
• 1 rolling tool holder / workbench with drawer and doors
that thing was packed like a Tetris game.

I am a courier and jam my fit full almost every day of the week. I had 800 lbs of copy paper in it last week and 650 lbs of 5 gal buckets of paint in it yesterday. I drive 1,200 miles a week and average 36 mpg... loaded up. Hands down it is the best hatchback I've ever owned.
