i think ill be going on the last day of the show. me and my friends will be heading there. he didnt want to close the shop for the whole week so i will be there on friday hopefully.

R1 Racing Wheels is an unknown quantity at this point
R1 Racing Group is going to be in the show and we are actually looking to sponsor a Honda Fit. Please see our post in this forum on the sponsorship which includes a free set of wheels and hotel sponsorship for the duration of the SEMA show....

i just checked the sema site and they said its not open to the general public? does that mean that unless you're an editor of some sort of automotive media, you can't go?

It's industry only. That means you have to work at a shop, distributor, manufacturer or something of that sort. You have to fill out a form, send them a copy of your business license and a few other things the 1st time you register. After that it's no problem. This is my 3rd year going!
