Alright if you want you can pick up the oil and the oil filter ahead of time for the oil change that way you can get exactly the oil you want the filter you want and we can always do it or he can do it really cheap. Other wise he can probably do it with some oil he doesn't normally do oil changes since it is mainly a tire shop but I will talk to him and see about him getting some oil and filter from his cousins shop next door. Other wise let me know if you want to pick up your own oil and filter.
As far as food I wouldn't worry about it too much so far you me and michealfit are the only ones that said they are for sure coming. But if you want to bring something IDC other wise there are plenty of places in town we can go to get food later if you guys want doesn't matter to me.

What about oil wastage? ....Oil smoothy anyone? I'm also tossing around the idea of a rear diffuser install.
He has oil catch that he uses. I will give him a heads up that you will want an oil change and you already have filter and oil. Sure we can see about getting your car up on one of the lifts. I am going to talk to him tomorrow so will find out for sure if it is ok if we use one of the lifts for w/e.
As far as michael doesn't matter to me if you want to bring some other people. I will be there around 11:30 on sat so whenever people want to show up is fine to me.
Since more people are talking about showing up I will bring some sodas and water. If we want there are tons of places in town to go eat if you guys get hungry.

Well Crap! Sorry I wasn't able to make it. My wife just happened to have off today and I needed to spend some quality with my lady. Plus the traffic heading up there was also a contributing factor. Hopefully next time I'll be able to make it, but it would be easier if it were a little closer.
What about a more visual show? Like at one of the parks next to the loop? If we all get there early enough on a Saturday or Sunday. Then we can plan a cruise around the loop and represent.
Chilling and changing oil sounds great, but a BBQ/Show with a cruise of Downtown Chicago in the early evening sounds even better. Can we do this?
As far as the drive I have to make the same drive out to meet up with you guys just going the other way and usually going into chitown is worse than going out.
Probably better that you didn't come no one else showed up so far. I am going to stick around a little longer but yeah it was pretty much a bust.
Like I said in the other thread if you IL guys let me know when and where I will do my best to try and make it. Just thought I would give it a shot to where I didn't have to drive over an hour for once......
