I figured out the problem w/ the intake. It hits the engine mount during acceleration and rattles. I cut some old rubber intake coupling and sandwiched a few pieces on top of each other and wedged them between the tubing and the mount. No more rattle. I sent AEM a pretty long email w/ my disspointment.
So I now have a silver dollar sized dent on my rear passenger side door. Looks like some ass at In-N-Out Burger let their door fly into mine. Cari didn't discover it until hours later at the local park where we take Pedro for walks. I'm super pissed about it. I told Cari that I need Ron from Classic to fix it. I may try to use one of those paintless dent removal companies to fix it. The only problem is that the dent is about an inch back from the front door. I don't know how they would fix it, but the estimate is free. I'll get you pics later this weekend.
