Hey Joel,
check this out it's Lyon [nightroad]'s nitrous engine after the fuel stopped and the nos didn't!! We have a tuff engine in the Fit it 's plugs 1&2 were vaporized
So how's the summer treat'n ya? Working or Summer Classes. It was a HOT July here up to 108
Not a lot going onto or into the MzFiT how about you? I see your selling a set of rims. I'd like to find a set of 15" lightweight rims some day.
Take care,

Feb 7, 2010 08:49 PM - permalinkOK the install was cake no probs at all, plug and play all the way. Mounting the controller was a challenge with the small GD3 dash. I wound up mounting it at 7 o'clock by the steering wheel, works well there. Setup is the most challenging part. If ya get one PM and give ya some pointers.
TWP Tech Co. Ltd. twptrade.com The owners name is Mr. Panson Pan.
Tried the ECO mode tonight for a short trip and as fast as the SP mode is to open the throttle plate the ECO mode is really slow to respond= better mpg. I was beat'n on her pretty hard today, well I beat the snot out'a MzFiT today and am just under a 1/4 tank from full when I started with 81 miles on the trip log, not as bad as I thought I would get!
So with the ZEX system your GE8 would FLY
. SP7 is the quickest responce and you only have to crack the throttle to scoot on down the road
this would make a big difference by it's self no ZEX. Well it does on my GD3 anyway. $150.00 2 ur door!!
Enjoy,

Feb 7, 2010 05:36 PM - permalinkHey Joel,
Installed the ETC and the Fit has great thottle response!!! Ya! get back 2 ya later -
Feb 4, 2010 08:53 PM - permalinkDog Gone that's steep but then again making these little engines run, CO$T$. Hey, the Gas is still Half the price of a S.C. or turbo and you can cut it off and get the MPG back.
All the ETC does is increase the signal going to the servo on the throttle body to open it faster
(or slower
if your hypermile'n) Panson has a good automated graphic on his site: twptrade.com
150 shipped to your door I'll let ya know if it's worth do'n by the S.O.Y.P Dyno

Well I had written off the throttle controller, but you're tempting me!
The zex kit is theoretically plug and play, but I'd be kind of taking a chance of messing something up. I still need a fuel safety switch (that shuts off nitrous if it's running lean), an a/f guage, window traction control switch (which controls the rpms at which the nitrous can engage), bottle warmer, purge kit and a few other things that help out. That right there is going to run me at least $800 which is more than the kit was itself and which is also money I don't have right now! So, I'll be buying piece by piece slowly.
AND on top of that I'm going to have to re-tap where the mixture sprays because it's spraying into the MAF sensor which can cause pooling aka backfire in the manifold which would not be pretty!
So yeah, I got a ways to go... You might beat me to it if you get started soon! Aren't many fits that are being sprayed. -
Feb 3, 2010 06:55 PM - permalinkHey those tails are the best, Depo has a great fit and look like they belong on the car. Great Choice.
And this weekend I should have the ECT in and will let ya know if it's all that! I am on "the other fit forum" and Villageidiot is S.C.'d GD3 and put a throttle contoller on and loves it! Manxman is norm. aspirated and is the one that got me to try this, he had a blitz (400.00) on this GD3 and now has a GE8 with the NTD T.C. and said the lag is so gone. I got this w/ the harness for 140.00 to my door!TWP is a great seller with a good price to boot.
So what's up with the ZEX project? I thought it was a plug and play deal........not a plug and pay! So what ur adding is for the safety of the engine? I still feel the GigL gas is the quikest way to add mo' power. Post me back and fill me in on the new research, cuz b4 it's all said and done I'll Be there too!
Can U say GiggL Gas?

Let me know how you like that ETC. I was skeptical, but people seem to really be impressed with it. I've paused on my nos project as of late. I need to get a few more ingredients to make it run safely and to make the installation *look* better but it's going to cost me about another $800 after all is said and done. Hope to put it in this summer after I get a f/t job. As for now, I ordered some smoked DEPO LED's can't wait to get them in!

Ya me 2 I have a digital thermometer, in/out temps, voltage, black ice, clock, stop watch. Waiting till it warms up to install it under the heater controlls I bought it just to keep an eye on what the battery is doing, with reading about all the batteries dying.
